Viewing your usage
Go to Account → Plan & Usage to see your current plan and how much of each limit you are using. The usage bars change colour as you approach limits:- Green — below 70% used
- Amber — 70–89% used
- Red — 90%+ used
Limit enforcement
Limits are enforced server-side. If you hit a limit:- Orgs — you will not be able to connect a new Salesforce org until you upgrade or disconnect an existing one
- Members — you will not be able to invite new team members until you upgrade or remove an existing member
- Alert rules — you will not be able to create new alert rules until you upgrade or delete an existing one

Email hello@zentien.io to upgrade your plan. Upgrades take effect immediately.Data retention
Errors older than your plan’s retention period are automatically deleted:- Starter — 30 days
- Team — 90 days
- Enterprise — 1 year
