Overage pricing

You can add orgs or members beyond your plan’s included limit — you will not be blocked, you will simply be billed for the extra usage when Zentien billing launches.

Viewing your usage

Go to AccountPlan & Usage to see your current plan and how much of each limit you are using. The usage bars change colour as you approach limits:
  • Green — below 70% used
  • Amber — 70–89% used
  • Red — 90%+ used

Limit enforcement

Limits are enforced server-side. If you hit a limit:
  • Orgs — you will not be able to connect a new Salesforce org until you upgrade or disconnect an existing one
  • Members — you will not be able to invite new team members until you upgrade or remove an existing member
  • Alert rules — you will not be able to create new alert rules until you upgrade or delete an existing one

Upgrading

Email hello@zentien.io to upgrade your plan. Upgrades take effect immediately.

Data retention

Errors older than your plan’s retention period are automatically deleted:
  • Starter — 60 days
  • Team — 180 days
  • Enterprise — 1 year+
Retention is applied per error event. Upgrading your plan extends retention going forward — historical data already deleted cannot be recovered.
