Overview

Zentien supports multiple users per organization. Owners can invite teammates, assign roles, and manage membership from the Account page.

Roles

Every organization must have at least one owner at all times.

Inviting a team member

  1. Go to AccountMembers
  2. Click + Invite
  3. Enter the teammate’s email address and select their role (Member or Owner)
  4. Click Send Invite
Your teammate will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation. The link does not expire. If the invite email is not received, they can contact you for the link — or you can re-send the invite from the Members section, which refreshes the token and sends a new email.

Accepting an invite

When a teammate receives an invite link:
  1. Click the link — they will see the invite preview (your org name and their assigned role)
  2. If they don’t have a Zentien account, they can sign up directly from the invite page — no need to be on any waitlist
  3. Once logged in, they click Accept invite and are taken to the dashboard

Changing roles

Owners can promote a member to owner or demote an owner to member from the Members section of the Account page. The last owner cannot be demoted — promote another member first.

Removing members

Owners can remove any member. Members can remove themselves (leave the organization). The last owner cannot be removed.

Plan limits

The number of team members is limited by your plan:

The current member count and your plan limit are shown in the Plan & Usage section of the Account page. When you reach the limit, invitations will be blocked until you upgrade. To upgrade your plan, contact hello@zentien.io.
