Getting access

Zentien is currently in private beta. Access is by invitation only. To request access, email hello@zentien.io. If you have been invited by a team member, use the invite link in the email you received — no separate request is needed.

Sign in

Go to app.zentien.io and click Log in. Zentien uses Google or GitHub for authentication — no separate password required. If you were invited to join an existing organisation, sign in with the same email address the invite was sent to.

First-time setup

The first time you sign in, you will be prompted to:
  1. Accept the Terms of Service — required before accessing the dashboard
  2. Name your organisation — this is the workspace your team shares in Zentien (e.g. your company name)
Once these steps are complete, you land on the dashboard and are ready to connect your Salesforce org.

Joining an existing organisation

If a team member has invited you:
  1. Click the invite link in the email you received
  2. Sign in with the email address the invite was sent to
  3. Accept the invitation
  4. You are added to the organisation immediately
You do not need to create a new organisation — you join the one your team member set up.
